GHOSN ships worldwide from Beirut, Lebanon via DHL Express, ensuring fast and reliable delivery for every order.
We are proudly registered in the U.S., with clients across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Delivery Timeframes

Lebanon & GCC: 1–3 business days
Europe: 2–3 business days
U.S. & Canada: 3–5 business days

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.

Shipping Rates

Lebanon & GCC: Free shipping on orders over $300
Europe: Flat rate $20
U.S. & Canada: Flat rate $25
All other regions: Calculated at checkout

Important Notes

All international sales are for ready-to-wear items only.
Bespoke services are exclusively available for local clients in Lebanon.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

At GHOSN, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.
We want you to love your order and aim to make returns as simple as possible — while respecting the time and resources invested in creating each piece.

Bespoke Pieces

All made-to-measure and made-to-order garments are final sale once production begins.
However, we offer a 24–48-hour grace period after purchase for free cancellations (before production starts).
After this period, cancellations may still be requested but are subject to a partial refund, with 30–50% retained as a production/materials fee depending on progress.
The Bespoke Flat Fee is non-refundable.

Non–Made-to-Measure (Ready-to-Wear) Pieces

Returns are accepted on non–made-to-measure items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed once the return is received and inspected.
