Welcome to GHOSN. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of GHOSN. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. GHOSN reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Services

  • Each GHOSN piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.

  • Made-to-measure and bespoke items are final sale once production has begun (see our Cancellation & Return Policy for details).

  • We make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but variations may occur due to screen settings or natural material differences.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout for your order to be confirmed.

  • GHOSN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing).

4. Cancellations & Returns

  • Made-to-order/made-to-measure pieces: 24–48 hour grace period for cancellations before production begins. After that, partial refunds may be issued with a production/materials fee (30–50%).

  • Non–made-to-measure pieces: Eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. (See our full Return Policy for details.)

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing and shipping times vary depending on the item. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout.

  • GHOSN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, text, and content on this site are the property of GHOSN and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

GHOSN shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
