Made-to-Measure Pieces
GHOSN offers a 24–48 hour grace period after purchase for free cancellations, provided production has not yet begun.
- To cancel, please email us at ghosn.us@gmail.com with the subject: “CANCEL ORDER: (Your Order #)”.
- After this window, cancellations may still be requested, but a partial refund will be issued. A 30–50% production and materials fee may apply depending on how far along your piece is in development.
Universal / Ready-to-Wear Pieces
- You have 14 days from the date your order is processed to submit a cancellation, return, or exchange request.
- Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

DHL, Canada Post, UPS, Fedex
Canadian orders are sent with the duty paid. So, there are no extra charges.
USA : Orders under $800USD will not be charged duties usually.
When importing items to outside of the Canada, this will normally trigger a customs inspection. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order.
Customs may or may not charge an import duty. This is outside of our control.
We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.
